exhibitdesign colonizes Plan B For Immediate Release -- March 23, 2004-- Minneapolis, MN |
|
For the second year, exhibitdesign has been selected to design Exhibitor Magazines' exhibit presence for Exhibitor Show 2004. "This year's exhibit was based on a technique we developed for the publishing powerhouse's second tier events, and the effect was greatly amplified" says Mark Bendickson, CEO of exhibitdesign. "Last year the magazine was debuting a new format and the addition of the "Event" section. This year the purpose was to debut the companies' first book, Plan B, as well as keep in touch with client needs and industry trends."
The exhibit was completely monochromatic and was washed with computer controlled lighting. The rig, with over 50 instruments, projected colors, textures and over a dozen gobo messages. In addition, all the bistro tables in the exhibit were constructed of frosted acrylic and internally lit to pulse and change color in concert with the large header panels, projection disks above each table, and the other areas of the booth. The exhibit also used a HoloPro rear projection system to play a custom designed multimedia presentation showcasing the extensive product line and brand of the company.
For this project we also utilized the talents of Birch Associates, and were able to use the talents of Paul Fine of Fine Lighting Design to do an extensive computer controlled lighting experience to enhance the experience.
